Our Policies
General Terms & Conditions:
1. All orders placed on our website will be Cash On Delivery
2. Standard Delivery time is 4-5 working days
3. There can be delays in delivery time due to unexpected circumstances or public holidays
4. If there is any issue with your order, kindly update us via email within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
5. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances; the customer will be notified via email in such cases
Returns:
1. In case, a customer wants to return a parcel, delivery charges will be paid by the customer
2. Return request should be sent within 48 Hours of receiving the parcel
3. The amount will be refunded in form of a store voucher that can be used by the customer in their next order
4. Glass & Furniture items can NOT be Returned or Exchanged due to risk of damage during the return process
Damages:
1. In case of receiving a damaged item, a complain should be sent via WhatsApp number or email with pictures of the relevant damage within 48 Hours.
2. Our customer care team will examine the issue & provide options as they deem fit.
Pre-Orders:
1. Pre-Orders, once placed cannot be cancelled
2. A minimum of 50% Bank Deposit is needed to confirm a Pre-Order
3. Standard Pre-Order Delivery Time is 3-5 weeks (Holidays Exempted)
4. The advance amount is non-refundable
MyPoints:
1. MyPoints are not valid for wholesale orders
2. MyPoints can be redeemed on the subsequent order, from the order on which points are earned
