Returns:
- In case, a customer wants to return a parcel, delivery charges will be paid by the customer
- Return request should be sent within 48 Hours of receiving the parcel
- The amount will be refunded in form of a store voucher that can be used by the customer in their next order
- Glass & Furniture items can NOT be Returned or Exchanged due to risk of damage during the return process
Damages:
- In case of receiving a damaged item, a complain should be sent via WhatsApp number or email with pictures of the relevant damage within 48 Hours.
- Our customer care team will examine the issue & provide options as they deem fit.
